As every year, Bwana Foundation goes to "Lumumba Day" to pay tribute to Patrice Lumumba, Joseph Okito and Maurice Mpolo, murdered on January 17, 1961.
The Belgian State has undertaken in 2020 to return the relics of Prime Minister Patrice Lumumba to the Congolese State. On the sidelines of our usual tribute, we will address the question of the return of Patrice Lumumba to his native land and its implications, but also that of the human remains of Congolese still present in Belgian universities, museums, etc...
